Active clients are displayed on your website, and inactive clients are hidden. This video demonstrates where to find this setting in your recruitment website admin.
Hi everyone, today I'm going to show you how to make a client either active or inactive on your volcanic website.
Firstly, what do we mean by active or inactive clients? Well, if a client is active this means the information you enter into admin about your client is displayed on your website. If they are inactive the information about the client is not displayed on your webiste.
So in the top menu of Your Website admin go to your website, and then clients.
Find the client you are looking for from the client table, or perhaps you may want to use the search tool. You will then be able to edit the client record by clicking on the edit icon.
If you scroll down, you will see an active checkbox. You can the tick or untick the checkbox depending on whether you would like your client displayed or not displayed on your website.
Once you've done this, click submit to save your changes.
