Conditional Notifications allow you to direct an internal notification to a different email address depending on the answer to a question. This could be used for info on a Candidate's registration or a form, for example.
How to Add Conditions to a Registration or other Notification
Find the notification you would like to add conditions to, make sure it is switched on, and click on "Add conditions".
Click on "New Condition". This will take you to a screen where you are able to select whether this condition is for a registration/other question or a form question. You will then need to select which question you would like to set up the conditions for. For example, you may have a question asking the candidate to select from a list of office locations, or you may have a question asking the candidate which sector they are interested in.
You will then need to select the first answer, and enter the relevant email address. Repeat this process for each answer in your range of answers - assigning each possible answer to the relevant email address.
Tip Conditional Notifications will only work for a certain type of question, where a range of answers is offered for your user to select from. If not, you will just need to fill out the internal email address without opting to set up Conditional Notifications.
How to Add Conditions to a Form
When in the Notification Center, scroll down to the bottom and find the form you wish to set up the conditions for.
Follow the steps given above.
