We record all the candidates that apply through your website or through your jobs including their name, email and their CV or PDF or Linkedin profile. This is beneficial for you as you can search through all of the candidates via the system, or download the list for Email Marketing campaigns.
How to Search for Candidates
Step 1. Firstly, make sure you are logged into the volcanic admin area. Secondly, scroll down to "Users". Click there and then click "Candidates".
Step 2. You will see at a quick snapshot all your recent candidates who have registered on your website.
While on this section you have a number of options available to you including:
- Filtering down the candidates for you via the quick search box or via the left-hand side.
- Download the whole of the candidate list via a CSV which is useful when exporting candidate lists into email chains.
- You can see individual candidate's details by clicking the "View" button.
- You can altogether delete the candidate information by clicking the white cross.
