Account Management Tickets are a useful way of requesting help using the Support Area on your site. Support Tickets are more for technical issues, such as an error or making a minor change/fix to your site. Wheras Account Management Tickets can be raised when you would like assistance in an aspect of managing the site, need refresher training or have a general query. This will go directly to our Customer Success Team who will get back with you as soon as possible.
You will find this feature in the drop down under “Support” in the admin area of your site.
Click on “Account Management” and then type the request. Please include as much information as possible about how you would like help. Then click “Save”.
